When I first started sewing I had no idea of how to make patterns, I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. I bought lots of magazines and books that helped me get the basic shapes that I needed for my costumes but it was difficult to find something that worked for my crazy characters. Making a bodysuit pattern was definately not one thing I could make.
Now, after years of study and practice I am finally launching my own patterns. I decided to start with one of the basic shapes in cosplay, the bodysuit. I made this turtle neck bodysuit pattern with long sleeves based on several characters that I liked. It is a great start for superheros and heroines .
