There are maaaaaany ways to do a pattern, many methods and many everything. You only need to google it to find quite a few, some methods are easier than others and I just tried to make here a summary of an easy one. Some numbers are fixed but you can always check those measures with your own body. Obviously you should know how to measure yourself before you start this. As I included the measurements of the hip you can make a dress from this (Sorry, in Spanish for now)
Hay muuuuuchas maneras de hacer un patrón, muchos métodos y mucho de todo. Sólo necesitáis hacer un click en google para encontrar unos cuantos, algunos métodos son más fáciles que otros y aquí yo he intentado hacer un resumen de algo fácil. Algunas de las cifras que he puesto son fijas pero siempre podéis medirlas vosotros mismos para mayor seguridad. Obviamente deberíais mirar el post de como tomar medidas antes de empezar. Como en este está incluido las medidas para la cadera podéis hacer un vestido con este patrón
If you want something more detailed here you have another method, this is the C&C method, here they give you a size 10 as an example and you need to insert your own measurements. This method is more industrial and gives you a table with measurements by sizes. (in Spanish)
Si queréis algo más detallado aquí tenéis otro método, este sería el método C&C, aquí os dan el ejemplo de como se hace un patrón para la talla 10 y vosotros tendríais que poner vuestras propias medidas. Este método es más industrial y viene con una tabla aproximada de medidas por tallas.

In Il Modellismo you get yet another way of drafting your patterns, the good thing is they have a plus size method as well and their explanations are usually quite clear, I do recommend the book as it explains many different patterns that you can get from a basic one. This pattern has no darts so keep it in mind, you may need to add them
En Il Modellismo tenéis otra manera de dibujar vuestros patrones, lo bueno es que tienen un método para tallas grandes también. Recomiendo mucho este libro porque te explica muy bien un montón de modificaciones a partir del patrón base. Ojo que el patrón inicial no lleva pinzas (Italiano e inglés)
