Karuta is my kind of girl. She is nice, swee, quiet and will totally become your worst nightmare if you dare to touch any of her friends. A no brainer if you want to know why I decided to make a Karuta Roromiya Cosplay in both her winter and summer uniforms.
How I made my Karuta Roromiya cosplay
As I explained on my Ririchiyo cosplay, I made both te patterns for the shirt and the dress using a base pattern and modifying it accordingly. I used a light cotton for the shirt and a black twill for the dress. Later, I decorated both garments with mother of pearl and gold buttons.
Wearing my cosplay
These amazing pictures made by Lizzy Biggs were taking at Woolton Hall Photo Event. I arrived with a full bag of sweets and a few ideas and this happened. Sweet overdose of course.
I love the haunted house atmosphere of this building and it works very well for a group of yokais as the ones in Inu x Boku. It was actually the same location I chose for my Ririchiyo cosplay. Photos taken by Sean Parker.
