It is the turn for the Short Center Parting Sleek Black Wig Review. This time the goth part of me took over and I went all black. After all, black goes well with everything, and if it is a premium lace front wig with such a good quality like this one it can’t go wrong.
Packaging and Shipping
As usual, I got my Uniqso order very quickly, and it included the wig and other items that you can see on my Sweety Pro Black Review. The items came in a padded bag inside a biodegradable shipping bag. As most wigs, this sleek black wig comes in its own bag inside a net and with a piece of paper inside to keep it untangled.
Description of the wig
This premium front lace wig features a center parted hairline. It has a very rich black colour and the bottom curls slightly inwards. I wanted to be truthful in my review so I decided to wear this wig as it arrived. I only brushed it slightly and as usual I trimmed the hairline as you would do with any other front lace wig. As it is often the case with straight wigs, the wig had lost its shape slightly and it will need a proper readjustment with a brush and a hairdryer to get the fibers back to their place. Pretty much like morning hair. This is why you want to be careful when you detangle and store your wig.
One thing I love about Uniqso premium wigs is that they come with hairpins that keep them in place. In particular, this wig has three, two on the sides and one on the bottom. The net on the inside features extra net fabric inwards, which gives the wig great versatility if you need to change the style. Also, you can adjust the wig to your head size with two little hooks at the back.
You may not know this, but you can actually comb your lace front and move your parting to the sides according to your needs, so it doesn’t need to be perfectly symmetrical. Furthermore, the wig has a lot of volume and it is soft to the touch. Overall it is a very realistic look an noone could tell you are wearing a wig unless they looked closely.
One thing I love about this wig is its natural colour. It is very difficult to capture it in camera but instead of completely black hair, this wig features very dark brown and black hair mixed together, which makes it very realistic.

Wearing Short Center Parting Sleek Black Wig for Cosplay
There are many characters that would look good with this wig. I have already worn a similar wig for my Raven cosplay. If you are wondering if the difference of quality is noticeable the answer is yes. Furthermore, this wig feels totally like your real hair and it has much more volume and a more realistic finish. You can even get your hair behind your ears and you wouldn’t notice the net of the wig as it blends with your skin. Another character idea would be Mulan and I personally will wear it with my chaos Sister of Battle Mirial Sabathiel cosplay.
This wig is also ideal for Alita Battle Angel and with a trim would also work for Nana. However, the character I will be wearing with this wig is Raven again. In the illustrations by the artist Picolo she wears black hair and I think his casual drawing makes a great easy cosplay, great for beginners and entirely recognisable. The look is complete with my Sweety Pro Black lenses.
Final Rating
As always, the quality of Uniqso‘s premium wigs is incredible. However, the only reason why I dropped one start in comfort is because you need to glue this wig to your scalp to get a perfect look, which makes it more difficult to wear. However, it is hyperrealistic and you could wear it every day if you wanted to without anyone noticing it.
